Versante Canyon Homes
Residential Community
Austin, Texas

A walkable village in harmony with nature

The Versante Canyon Homes village is situated minutes from Lake Travis, overlooking 600 breathtaking acres of the Balcones Canyonlands Nature Preserve in northwest Austin.

Versante Canyon Homes was inspired by the layered cultural and design elements of Santa Barbara architecture, characterized by red tile roofs, heavy wood beams, white stucco walls, soft lines, arched facades, cozy balconies, intricate tile work, garden courtyards and flower-strewn wrought iron details. Our chief aim was a walkable village that is also comfortably livable, overlooking the natural beauty of the Balcones Canyonlands, while conveniently close to all that Austin culture has to offer.

The Versante Canyon Homes village contains a winding, brick-paved ingress; front guardhouse; gated entry; focal areas for community gatherings, including a 3,500-sq. ft.  clubhouse with resort-style lagoon pool; and  142 homes: 68 townhomes and 74 villas.

The development was completed in 2009 and sold in 2010.
