This property includes 63 high-rise Tower apartment homes and 238 mid-rise Palazzo apartment homes.
The project included redevelopment of the previous Fluor Daniels headquarters building at North Braeswood and Loop 610. The nine-story building had been vacant since the mid-1980s when Fluor relocated its headquarters to Sugarland. That nine-story building was redeveloped into 63 luxury high-rise homes and a 12,500-square foot social center that includes movie theatre and state-of-the-art fitness center.
Surrounding the high-rise anchor, 238 four-story mid-rise homes were constructed, creating a private, richly landscaped community space secluded from the city outside. Combining these two product types – high-rise Tower and mid-rise Palazzo – created a unique urban development.
Construction began in Spring 2003 and opened August 2004. The properety sold in April 2006.

The 238 mid-rise Palazzo homes were new construction surrounding the existing high-rise, which was redeveloped into 63 high-rise Tower homes, including six penthouses. This arrangement creates a sense of seclusion from the outside city and a unique urban style.
