This project nearly doubled the size of our first development, building a 400-unit apartment home community on 16.8 acres of wooded land in northwest Houston, near Compaq Computer world headquarters  (now Hewlett-Packard). This development is located in the deed-restricted Centerfield subdivision owned by Metro National, a prominent regional developer, immediately across FM 1960 from Willowbrook Mall, one of Houston's largest, most successful retail areas.

The construction period began in March 1998 and was completed in Fall 1999. The property sold in May 2001.
